Our current terms require cancellation at least three hours before the scheduled pickup. A missed pickup without notice is treated as a no-show and payment is forfeited. Contact us as early as possible to discuss a change.

The current Carvue FAQ lists 200 km per day, with extra distance charged at $0.20 per kilometre and invoiced after the rental. Check your booking’s rental agreement for the allowance and rate that apply to your trip.

Our Tesla Fleet setup lets you create a charging profile and pay for Supercharging with your own credit card. We’ll explain the setup for your car. Check the Tesla app or charging screen for current charging prices and any additional fees.

Only drivers specifically named in the rental agreement may use the vehicle. Contact us before another driver takes the wheel so we can confirm the required arrangements.

Use the car only for the purpose agreed in your rental. Racing, towing, transporting hazardous materials, and unlawful use are prohibited under Carvue’s terms.

Let us know as soon as your plans change. Your rental runs between the dates and times in your agreement, and a late return may result in additional charges.

Carvue’s current terms require proof of insurance. Send us your coverage details before the rental so we can confirm the arrangements for your booking. Your signed rental agreement sets out the applicable coverage and responsibilities.

Our current terms list a minimum deductible of $1,500. Confirm the deductible and conditions for your particular booking before you sign your rental agreement.

A security deposit is required at rental. It is refundable when the car is returned in the same condition, subject to any damage or other charges that apply under your agreement. We’ll confirm the deposit amount before pickup.

Notify Carvue immediately and follow the instructions in your rental agreement. You must cooperate with Carvue and the insurer during any claim investigation. Your agreement and applicable coverage determine your financial responsibility.
